Please note. All face to face classes and Workshops are suspended until further notice due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Classes are now livestreamed via Zoom they are: Yoga on Monday 7-8pm, Pilates on Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm, and Friday Barre Fitness at 5.30pm-6.15pm.There is also a restorative class held once a month. For classes at both St Luke’s and Conway Road, there’s no need to book. Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins, so that we can start on time. There are toilets available on all sites If you have your own mat, please bring it with you, though I have a few spare just in case. If you do need to borrow one, then for hygiene purposes please bring along a towel to place on it. Wear loose comfortable clothes you can move freely in, and bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.

Cost: £8 drop in or £37 for a 5 class pass (Valid for 8 weeks from date of purchase. Not transferable. Can be used at either class)

Stretch Revive and Relax Workshop Tramshed Studios
Join me for another informal and very popular monthly 2 hour Stretch Revive and Relax workshop in the wonderful airy surrounds of Tramshed Studio. She will guide you through a series of simple exercises and postures, to first wake up and warm the body, followed by some release techniques and longer stretches, opening up and freeing tight muscles and decompressing the spine. We will use small equipment to aid us (blocks, straps, tennis balls) Finally there will be a guided and extended period of relaxation. A truly restorative workshop. Suitable for all levels of experience, from age 14 upwards. Not suitable for pregnant participants.
