Monthly Slow Stretch Friday 6-7.15pm (Virtual Class via Zoom)

A monthly 75 minute restorative Yoga class. Suitable for all levels of ability. Not suitable during pregnancy or for those with serious medical conditions. An informed consent and online disclaimer will be sent with each invitation to join via Zoom.


Once a month on a Friday evening , join me in this chilled, slow-paced and mainly floor based class. Wear layers of clothing and have as many cushions and blankets as you can nearby. We can use them for both support and comfort, as we spend a little longer in our stretches. A band/strap or belt might prove useful, as will a Yoga block or two (though a couple of thick books are good substitutes) Class often includes relaxation techniques, breath work and always includes a longer Savasana section at the end of  class
