Pilates class suitable for all levels of experience. Not suitable for those with serious medical conditions or during pregnancy. An online disclaimer and informed consent will be sent with every link.
If you aren’t able to join the Livestream, no problem! A link to a recording from the class archive will be sent to you so that you can practice at your leisure for a full 7 days!
Set up your mat in a quiet space, and join me for this general-level Pilates class. We’ll strengthen, stretch and energise our bodies, undoing all those bad postural habits we build up during the day. Sometimes we use small equipment-nothing fancy. A band or strap, a tennis ball, and a block or even a book. These can all help assist us to better align, release and stretch.
Class always ends with a short relaxation. You’ll work hard, at a level that suits you. This part is as important as the rest.
