Online Classes and recordings (*Weekend Online workshop terms differ slightly-see below)
Online classes can be booked 7 days in advance and up to 60 minutes before class begins. Recordings from the archive can be purchased at any time, but please allow 24-36 hours for your order to be processed and sent to you. Recordings from the archive will have a viewing window of 7 days from the date of receipt
24 hours notice of any cancellation is required for live streamed classes. A credit towards the next scheduled online class with the same value will be offered. Refunds or credits can not be made for cancellations after this time.
No refunds or credits can made for no-shows.
In the event that the class is cancelled by Sara’s Classes, a full refund or credit as above will be offered.
*Weekend Online workshops
These must be pre-booked and paid for via Bacs transfer within 7 days of the scheduled date. Bookings must state whether participants will attend live, or require a recording. The recording link will be sent within 2 hours of the livestream event finishing and will be valid for 24 hours to view before expiring. No refunds, transfers or credits can be made, once the order has been placed and paid for.

The classes are suitable for all levels of ability, but are not suitable for anyone with serious medical conditions or during pregnancy. If in doubt please consult your doctor/practitioner first .
Sara’s Classes has a duty of care towards participants and as such reserves the right to refuse to teach participants who’s health and/or fitness is in doubt

‘In-Person’ Classes/ Workshops
‘In- Person’ classes can be booked from 7 days in advance. Workshops up to 4 weeks in advance
Each participant will need to bring their own mat to class.
24 hours notice of any cancellation is required for In-Person Classes. 72 hours’ notice for Workshops. If a cancellation for a workshop is made before 72 hours, then a transfer can be made toward the next workshop date. Please note, this can only be done once. Refunds or credits cannot be made for cancellations after this time. A £5 administration charge will be made if you need to cancel a booking.

If the class or workshop is cancelled by Sara’s Classes a full refund will be offered, or alternatively a credit towards the next scheduled class or workshop of the same value.
Class and workshop bookings cannot be transferred between participants or be used against bookings for other classes/workshops, unless they are of the same value.
All participants will be required to read, download, complete and send a copy of the Health Questionnaire before participating in their first ‘In Person’ class or workshop No participant can join a class or participate in a workshop without having sent a copy to info@sarasclasses.co.uk. Anyone showing signs of fever, coughs or sneezes should avoid coming to class. They will be asked to return home immediately and seek medical advice if there is any doubt.
Band and Block Kit
The items will be sent 2nd class postage via Royal Mail to the UK only.
Returns will be accepted subject to the items being undamaged and in their original packaging.
Buyer will be liable for the cost of return packaging and postage.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to order for either 4, 5 or 6 classes. These can be for either the Livestreamed classes, the archived recorded classes, or a mixture of both. The vouchers will be valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. When ordering, please state the name of the adult who will be receiving them. If you would like the voucher to be sent to them, then please provide their email address.
In order to redeem the voucher, the recipient will need to choose their selected class, and email info@sarasclasses stating their choice of class and its time and date (in the case of Livestreamed classes)
Livestreamed classes can be booked from 7 days to 60 minutes prior to class beginning.
