Yoga

I have a level 3 Diploma in teaching yoga, and have been practicing  for over 20 years. My classes are generally open level, as I believe that most people are able to adapt and do as little or as much as they need to find their own ‘yoga’. I encourage those I teach to listen to their own bodies; to work with what they have-their own uniqueness. At present my classes are not suitable for pregnant clients.

I come from a  background in creative movement, and my classes often reflect this. I often include a flow of asanas (postures), but this can be slow and gentle, or more dynamic and challenging, depending on the students I happen to teach. I also include methodologies learned from movement and dance techniques that I feel might benefit the particular class or individual at the time.
